How it works
- You will receive your ticket via email within 2 business days
- Open the email and print or download the ticket to your smartphone
- Take it with you, this will be your ticket to travel
Activation
Chicago CityPASS will be automatically activated when you use it for the first time.
How to use it
Start using your pass at any attraction you want. Show your pass at the entrance of the attractions.
Validity
Chicago CityPASS is valid for 9 consecutive days from the first use.
Download
Cancellations and refunds
All passes are valid for one year from the day of issue. Changes to your travel dates are possible and you do not have to do anything.
Also within one year of pass issuance, you can request a refund without penalty. Only the administrative fee of €9.20, fixed, not per person but per refund file, will be applied.
The condition for obtaining a refund is that the passes have never been used. Partial use does not entitle to any refund.
