How it works
- You will immediately receive an email, click on the link and download the Pass.
- Now click on the link on the Pass ‘please update your order’ and enter your email address.
- Done! You can now make any reservations.
- The pass is completely digital. Simply print it out or download it to your mobile device and show it at the entrance.
- Click on Get your digital Guidebook here and see all the attractions included. Reservations may be required for some of these.
Activation
The Pass is automatically activated the first time it is used.
You are free to start using it whenever you want, within one year of purchase.
How to use
Just show it to get free and, where applicable, priority admission or to get the discounts and benefits reserved for you.
Validity
Once activated it will be valid for the number of consecutive days you have purchased it. For example: if you have purchased a 3-day Pass, and you use it for the first time on a Thursday at any time, the Pass will expire at 11.59pm on Saturday.

Cancellations and refunds
All passes are valid for one year from the day of issue. Changes to your travel dates are possible and you don't have to do anything.
Also within one year of the issue of the passes, you can request a refund without penalty.
The condition for a refund is that the passes have never been used. Partial use does not entitle you to a refund.
