Activation
You have to visit first Madame Tussauds , where you can redeem your voucher at the ticket office.
Please respect the date and time written on the confirmation voucher. Pay particular attention to the time, it could be slightly different from the time you have selected during your order. For example: if you have chosen 10.00 as admission time, your confirmation voucher might contain, besides 10.00, also 10.15, 10.30 or 10.45.
How to use it
Once visited Madame Tussauds, with binding time and date to respect, you can use your pass when and where you want. There is not an order to visit the attractions
Validity
The Merlin's Magical Pass is valid for 90 days from the day of the first use, in any case no later than the 31/12 of the year of purchase.
