London Pass with transports

1. You will immediately receive an email, click on the link and download the Pass.
2. Now click on the link on the Pass ‘please update your order’ and enter your email address.
3. Done! You can now make any reservations.
4. The pass is completely digital. Simply print it out or download it to your mobile device and show it at the entrance.
5. Click on Get your digital Guidebook here and see all the attractions included. Reservations may be required for some of these.

You will receive by express courier, directly to the address you indicated as "shipping address," your Visitor Oyster Cards which will be the final ones, to be used on the spot without further formalities!

The London Pass is automatically activated the first time you use it.
Your Visitor Oyster Card is already active and usable from whenever you want without any further formalities.

Just show your London Pass QR-code to get free and, where applicable, priority admission or to get the discounts and concessions reserved for you. See the guide enclosed with your London Pass for full details on its use.

The Oyster Card must be validated both in and out of the Metro and only when boarding the Buses.

Once activated it will be valid for the number of consecutive days you purchased it. For example: if you purchased a 3-day pass, and you use it, for the first time, on a Thursday, at any time, the Pass will expire at 11:59 p.m. on Saturday.

All passes are valid for one year from the day of issue. Changes in your travel dates are possible and you do not have to do anything. Also within one year after the passes are issued, you can request a refund without penalty.
The condition for a refund is that the passes have never been used. Partial use does not entitle you to a refund.
