Description

Heathrow Express is the fastest and most comfortable connection between the airport and London city center. 
The service is carried out by specific trains, that link Heatrow's terminal with the central Paddington station.
Comforts: air conditioned, luggage space, on-board TV, free Wi-Fi, quiet zones.
Not available on 25/26 December.
Children 0-15 travel for free but they must be reported.

How it works

  1. You will receive your ticket via email within 2 business days
  2. Open the email and print or download the ticket to your smartphone
  3. Take it with you, this will be your ticket to travel

Activation

The ticket is ready for use.

How to use it

Just get on the first departing train. Show your lectronic ticket if required.

Validity

  • Single: All single tickets are only valid on the date of travel specified on the ticket when purchased

  • Return: Your outbound journey must be must be made within 5 days of the date of travel specified on the ticket when purchased. The return journey must be made within 30 days of the date of travel specified on the ticket when purchased.

    Any refunds must be authorized by the local supplier.
    For refund requests contact orders@mycitycards.com indicating:
    1. Name of primary passenger
    2. Date of sale
    3. Order reference number
    4. The reason for the refund request - please provide as much information as possible.
