Activation

You must pick up your ticket from the agency at the address given.

How to use

Show your voucher, printed or on your cell phone, with valid ID upon arrival.

If you have purchased youth tickets please bring a valid photo ID with you for age verification.

Validity

The ticket/voucher is valid only for the date indicated.

Timetable

Open every day except 1 January and 25 December

  • Monday to Saturday: 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  • Sundays and public holidays: 10:00 to 18:30

Download

  • Due to the renovation of the Santiago Bernabéu, the route of the classical tour has been modified and currently includes a panoramic view of the Santiago Bernabeu stadium, which is currently under construction, a tour of the Real Madrid C.F. museum and the official shop.
  • Drones are strictly forbidden. Guests entering with drones will be denied entry.
  • Schedules and routes are subject to change without notice.
  • Please be punctual. Access for late arrivals is not guaranteed.
  • For safety reasons, no storage facilities are provided for luggage, buggies, prams, etc.
  • Animals are not allowed inside (with the exception of guide dogs).
  • This tour involves climbing stairs and escalators. It is therefore not advisable to take luggage, buggies, wheelchairs, etc. with you.
  • On match days, the tour is open until 5 hours before kick-off.
