The Pass is already active and you do not have to do any exchange or activation.
How to use
Just show the print of the Pass, or show the screen of your smart phone, to get free entry. Go City Madrid Explorer Pass allows you to visit each of the included attractions. There is no need to decide in advance, you can choose while you are out and about. Consult the guide enclosed with your Go City Madrid Explorer Pass for full details on how to use it.
Validity
Once the first use has been made, the Pass is valid for 30 days. For the number of free admissions you have purchased.
The Pass will however expire after the visit to the last attraction allowed by the version you have purchased.

Cancellations and Refunds
All passes are valid for one year from the day of issue. Changes to your travel dates are possible and you do not have to do anything.
Also within one year of the issue of the passes, you can request a refund without penalty.
The condition for a refund is that the passes have never been used. Partial use does not entitle you to a refund.
