  • All passengers and guests must present their passports.
  • All luggage is subject to inspection.
  • All passengers must receive a pre-flight safety briefing.
  • Free lockers are available for the safe storage of personal belongings during the flight.
  • Only cameras and pocket wallets are permitted on helicopters. Bags/backpacks must be left in the lockers.
  • Failure of even one passenger to comply with HeliNY staff instructions will result in refusal to board.
  • Maximum weight = 275 lbs. (124 kg.) per passenger.
  • Two compulsory taxes of USD 40.00 per person, and USD 2.50 per person (security fee) must be paid on site.
  • Passengers must arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled tour time.

Duration

Between about 15 minutes and 30 minutes depending on the duration of the flight chosen.

Validity

Only for the day and time indicated.

Cancellations and refunds

Up to 3 calendar days before departure: fixed administrative fee per service € 9.20.
After this limit, the service is non-refundable.
