Activation

Your Paris Pass is activated at the same time as your first scan of access to a tourist attraction, and remains valid for the number of consecutive days based on the Pass you purchased.
For example: if you purchased a 3-day Pass, and you use it, for the first time, on a Thursday, at any time, the Pass will expire at 11:59 p.m. on Saturday.

How to use it

Present your Pass with Qr Code directly at the chosen attraction/activity.
Please note that some of these may require a reservation. See the digital guide enclosed with your Pass.

Validity

The pass expires at the end of the validity period.

Download

Cancellations and refunds

All passes are valid for one year from the day of issue. Changes in your travel dates are possible and you do not have to do anything.

Also within one year after the passes are issued, you can request a refund without penalty. The condition for a refund is that the passes have never been used. Partial use does not entitle you to a refund.
