How it works

  1. You will immediately receive an email, click on the link and download the Pass.
  2. Now click on the link on the Pass ‘please update your order’ and enter your email address.
  3. Done! You can now make any reservations.
  4. The pass is completely digital. Simply print it out or download it to your mobile device and show it at the entrance.
  5. Click on Get your digital Guidebook here and see all the attractions included. Reservations may be required for some of these.

Activation

The Pass is automatically activated the first time it is used.
You are free to start using it whenever you want, within one year of purchase

How to use it

Present your Pass with Qr Code directly at the chosen attraction/activity.
Please note that some of these may require a reservation. See the digital guide enclosed with your Pass.

Validity

The pass expires at the end of the validity period.

Download

Cancellations and refunds

All passes are valid for one year from the day of issue. Changes in your travel dates are possible and you do not have to do anything.

Also within one year after the passes are issued, you can request a refund without penalty. The condition for a refund is that the passes have never been used. Partial use does not entitle you to a refund.
