How it work
- We will send you an email within 2 working days
- Open the email and copy your alpha-numeric order reference number
- Download the Prague CoolPass App Store iOS or Prague CoolPass - Apps Google Play for Android
- Enter your Order reference number to download all the passes you have ordered
Activation
To activate your pass, simply use it for the first time. The pass is automatically activated the first time it is used.
How to use
Show your Prague CoolPass at the entrance to the attractions to get free admission or discounts.
Validity
Remember that the validity of the card is calculated in consecutive days, not consecutive hours.
For example: if you buy a 3-day pass and use it for the first time on a Monday at any time, it will expire at 11.59 p.m. on Wednesday.
