Description

BritRail England Consecutive Mobile-Pass allows you to travel by train without restriction and without paying surcharges, throughout England. So Scotland and Wales are excluded. It is ideal for free travel for 3, 4, or 8 days. Cities such as Bath, Brighton, Cambridge, Carlisle, Durham, Exeter, Liverpool, London, Manchester, Oxford, Southampton, York, and many others are within reach of... train and at a reasonable cost.
Children up to age 15 (16 not completed) travel free! Maximum 1 child per adult. Children up to age 4 (5 not turned 5) always travel free and do not need a ticket.

The BritRail England Consecutive Mobile-Pass allows unlimited travel on trains in England for 3, 4, or 8 consecutive days. You choose when you travel, even at the last minute!

Valid on all trains, including connections from airports (Gatwick Express, Heathrow Express, and Stansted Express), normally, you don't have to make reservations or pay supplements.

Free travel on trains entire rail network of England (gray and blue areas of the Map, on all rail lines marked in red and yellow).

Knowing train schedules and routes is essential. We have chosen the online timetable of the German Railways (DB), which shows virtually all European train schedules, in the easiest, most complete and reliable way.
Click on the link below, set only origin and destination of the route you are interested in, leave out the info that is superfluous, and start the search by clicking on the red “Search” button at the bottom right.

Fares vary depending on the age of passengers:

- children up to age 4 always travel free and do not require a ticket
- youth from 5 to 15 years of age travel free of charge when accompanied by an adult/senior (maximum one youth per adult/senior) others on the Youth fare
- youth 16 to 25 years old ride at the Youth fare
- adults 26 years old to 59 years old ride the Adult fare
- Seniors from 60 years and older get the senior fare

The age you are on the day you start using the Pass is considered.

Activation

The Pass once you arrive in England can be activated at any time.
WARNING. Once activated it will not be changeable or refundable.

How to use

You can freely board all trains, including Intercity trains without having to pay any surcharge! All you need to do is show it upon request by the control staff or scan it on the special readers.
Some trains may require mandatory reservation.

Validity

After the first use/validation it will be valid for 3, 4 or 8 consecutive days. Depending on the Pass you purchased. For example: if you purchased a 4-day Pass, and you use it on a Thursday, at any time, the pass will expire on Sunday at midnight.

Cancellations and refunds

Refund will be granted if the Pass has not been validated/activated, within one year from the date of issuance (unless the travel agent has specified a different time period).
BritRail M_Pass is not refundable once the passenger has clicked “Activate” on the activation website.
No refund can be made in Britain. Refund cannot be made if the Pass cannot be produced.

The cancellation fee will be a minimum of 25%. Special offers are not refundable.
Seat and bed reservations are non-refundable.

Lost Passes:
BritRail is not responsible for lost, stolen, mutilated or destroyed tickets. Refunds cannot be authorized in these cases.
