How it works
- You will receive your ticket via email within 2 business days
- Open the email and print or download the ticket to your smartphone
- Take it with you, this will be your ticket to travel
- Directly on board Arlanda Express
The code (PNR) printed on the E-Ticket can also be shown, with your smartphone, to the control staff on board.

The ticket is ready to use.
How to use it
Get on the train and show the ticket if required.
Validity
Tickets can be used either in the airport-city center or city center-airport direction, and are valid for 90 days from the day of issue.

Cancellations and refunds
Within the validity of the ticket it is possible to request a refund, which must be authorized by the provider.
For refund requests contact orders@mycitycards.com indicating:
- Date of sale
- Order reference number
- Single or round trip on the Arlanda Express fast trains.

Last departures:
23.35, 0.05, 0.35 and 1.05.

Forst departures:
4.35, 5.05 then avery 15 minutes untile 22.35
Last departures:
23.05, 23.35, 0.05 and 0.35.
