Go directly to the access turnstiles, simply bring the QR-Code of your e-ticket close to the barcode reader, and the barrier will open for you. If a barcode reader is not available, a staff member will be able to assist you. On board, simply show the barcode to a member of the train staff if asked.

Check the final ticket you will receive via e-mail for point-of-use information and other specific instructions.

One-way tickets are valid for 5 days from the indicated as the date of the first trip.

Round trip tickets are always valid for 5 days to make the outbound trip and the return trip must be completed within one month.

Tickets are freely usable within 6 months from the date of issue.

Issued tickets are non-refundable.
