From the airport

Once you arrive at your destination, the driver will be waiting for you at the exit of your flight, carrying a name tag with your name or the name of the company providing the service; you will find this information on the confirmation voucher that will be sent to you by email. The arrival of your flight will be continuously monitored, so even in the event of a delay the transfer is assured. In this case when you are in customs or baggage claim, remember to notify us of your arrival by contacting the phone number you will find on the confirmation voucher. As soon as the driver has made contact with you, he will accompany you to your vehicle and take you directly to your destination.

From the hotel

On departure from your hotel, simply be found, punctually, in the lobby or at the entrance. Respect the pick-up time written on the confirmation voucher you will receive by email. Do not keep the driver waiting! This may incur a surcharge.

Up to 3 calendar days before departure: fixed administrative deduction per service € 9.20.
After this limit, the service is non-refundable.
