1. You will receive your voucher via email within 2 business days
2. Open the email and print or download the voucher to your smartphone
3. Present it at the "Exchange Points" listed here to get the services you purchased:

• Directly to the bus driver

The voucher can be exchanged, for the final pass, whenever you want within 12 months from the date of issue.

Board the bus directly at any stop, and show your pass to the driver. Remember that you can get on and off as many times as you like at all stops on the route of the scheduled routes.

From the day of the change it will be valid for the number of consecutive hours you purchased. For example: if you purchased a 48-hour pass, and you use it, for the first time, on a Thursday, at 12 noon, the card will expire at 11:59 a.m. on Saturday.

Any refunds must be authorized by the local provider.
For refund requests contact orders@mycitycards.com indicating:

Name of primary passenger
Date of sale
Order reference number
The reason for the refund request - please provide as much information as possible.
