Activation

When you use the pass for the first time, it will be automatically activated. You only have to remind to write down  your name and the first day of use  on the back of the pass before using it.

How to use it

You can simply present it on arrival at each attraction to gain the free and, where foreseen, priority access, or to get you discounts and facilities.

Validity

The pass will be valid from the day you get it, for the consecutive days you purchased.

Example: if you bought a 3 days pass and you use it for the first time on a Thursday, the pass will expire on Saturday at 23.59.

Cancellations and refunds

For totally unused Passes: within the first 30 days of Vienna PASS purchase you will receive 100% of the Vienna PASS purchase price. After this limit penalty of 10%.
