Activation

Vienna Flexi Pass is automatically activated the first time you use it. You just have to remember, before using it, to write your last name and first name and the date you start using it on the back.

How to use

Simply show your Pass to get free admission. The Vienna Flexi Pass allows you to visit each of the included attractions. No need to decide in advance, you can choose already while you're out and about.

Validity

Once the first use is made, the Pass is valid for 60 days. For the number of free admissions you have purchased.

However, the Pass will expire after you visit the last attraction allowed by the version you purchased.

Cancellations and refunds

For totally unused Passes: within the first 30 days of Vienna PASS purchase you will receive 100% of the Vienna PASS purchase price. After this limit penalty of 10%.
